My package got marked as Return to Sender, what do I do?Updated a year ago

If you notice that your package is marked as Return to Sender by the carrier, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] with the subject line Return to Sender include your order number. A refund for the items in the order will be issued when we receive the package back to our facility. Shipping and package protection fees are non-refundable.
