What is SHEFIT's return policy?
We will be sad to see you disappointed, but we want you to be delighted with your SHEFIT purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase (we use the date of delivery, but that's long-winded) to return it for a refund, exchange, or in-store credit.
Items purchased during any promotion of 40% off or more are considered final sale and not eligible for a return. The original shipping costs and Sustainability & Coverage fees are non-refundable. Final Sale Last Chance items do not qualify for a return of any kind.
A return is a product that is sent back in exchange for a refund, in-store credit, or another item (exchange).
Note that you can only exchange your product for an alternative color or size in the same style.
International orders are not eligible for exchanges or free returns.
What is a Final Sale?
Any item discounted 40% off or more or labeled Last Chance.
What happens if I return one of the items from the BOGO deal?
If you have the Ultimate Sports Bra or Flex Sports Bra, the free Low Impact Sports Bra must also be returned. If you keep the free Low Impact Sports Bra, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
How does the exchange process work?
The first exchange is on us! We'll cover the cost of the return label and the shipping for your exchange order. If the exchanged item still doesn't fit quite right, you can send it back for a second exchange, but there will be a small fee for the return shipping label.
Please note that you can only exchange your product for an alternative color or size in the same style.
Instant Exchange
If you would like your exchange order to be expedited you may have the option to select instant exchange as an option. Your exchange order will be immediately placed after your Return Request is submitted. You will need to enter your credit card information. You will see a pending hold for 7 days. If your return is not sent back within 7 days the pending hold will be charged for the new order.
What if I want a refund?
If you prefer a refund, we'll happily process it for you. Please note that a $7 deduction will be applied to your refund total to cover the return shipping costs and it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to be released by your bank. The original shipping costs and Green Shipping Protection are non-refundable services.
Can I return a worn or washed bra?
Absolutely! Our Happiness Promise is exclusively for our bras. We understand that the fit might not be perfect until you've tried it out. Feel free to wear and wash your bra, and if it still isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or in-store credit.

Apparel, Outerwear, and Swim Return Requirements
For all apparel, outerwear, and swim items, please ensure that they are returned in their original condition. This includes having all tags attached, being clean, free of pet hair, and odor-free. We want to ensure that every item we receive for return or exchange meets our quality standards and can be enjoyed by our customers.
